York Space Systems announced it completed the acquisition of ALL.SPACE for about $300 million, combining ALL.SPACE’s jam-resistant, multi-link satellite terminal technology with York’s space infrastructure and mission operations capabilities. Management says the combined platform creates an integrated communications, coordination, and execution layer across space, land, air, and maritime domains. The transaction includes roughly $155 million in cash and 5.9 million York common shares, and ALL.SPACE will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary.
