XOVR Outperforms Growth Benchmarks Since SpaceX IPO
ERShares announced that its ERShares Private-Public Crossover ETF (XOVR) delivered a cumulative NAV return of 5.64% from the June 12, 2026 initial public offering of SpaceX (SPCX.OQ) through September 4, 2026. The performance notably outpaced several major growth benchmarks over the same timeframe, including the fund's ER30TR Index return of 3.83%, the Russell 1000 Growth Index return of 1.64%, and the Nasdaq 100 Index return of 0.47%. XOVR held SpaceX as a private company and maintained exposure as it transitioned onto public markets, with SpaceX representing approximately 21.49% of the ETF's portfolio as of early September 2026. Since its August 29, 2024 relaunch, XOVR has posted a cumulative NAV return of 40.42%, surpassing the Russell 1000 Growth Index's 38.18% and the Dow Jones Industrial Average's 33.72%. Furthermore, redemption fees from short-term and institutional turnover added an estimated $15.5 million directly to fund assets, contributing approximately 0.90% to Fund NAV. Management emphasized that the results validate the private-public crossover strategy, demonstrating how retail and institutional investors can gain continuous exposure to high-growth companies across crucial lifecycle transitions.
