Wells Fargo Lifts Meta Price Target to Street-High $1,000 on AI Potential
Wells Fargo has raised its price target on Meta Platforms to a Street-high $1,000 from $796, maintaining an Overweight rating and implying upside of roughly 35% to 36.4%. Analyst Ken Gawrelski cited long-term artificial intelligence momentum, notably the new AI agent Muse, which is projected to generate over $27 billion in revenue by 2030. However, the bank cautioned that fiscal year 2027 will mark an earnings trough at $31.18 per share amid heavy infrastructure spending before recovering to $40.02 in 2028.
