Virtuals Protocol has officially introduced automated options trading for Bitcoin and Ether, enabling autonomous software agents to execute complex derivative strategies across decentralized markets. The deployment features a rule-aware tool that dynamically adjusts and rebalances open positions in response to protocol updates and rule shifts. This official launch follows the protocol's opening of a private beta on October 23, 2026, for its Butler automated options trading agent on the Derive platform. The platform also previously integrated automated scalping strategies into its application interface.
