VanEck Launches Multi-Asset Wealth Builder ETF Offering Indirect Bitcoin Exposure

VanEck has launched the actively managed Wealth Builder ETF (WBMO) on the NYSE, offering multi-asset exposure across global equities, fixed income, real assets, gold, and indirect Bitcoin exposure. The fund accesses digital asset exchange-traded products via a Cayman Islands subsidiary, with the subsidiary's allocation capped at 25% of total assets at quarter-end. Managed by David Schassler, the ETF carries a gross expense ratio of 0.33%, reduced to a net 0.26% through contractual fee waivers effective through February 1, 2028. The move transitions an adviser-only model portfolio into a publicly traded ETF.
