U.S. Spot Bitcoin ETFs Erase Deficit With $1.7 Billion Two-Day Inflow

U.S. spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds erased their $5.69 billion year-to-date deficit after drawing $1.7 billion in net inflows across two sessions, bringing cumulative net yearly flows to roughly $349 million. The institutional buying streak was led by BlackRock's IBIT, which absorbed over $1 billion across four sessions to hold 786,360 BTC. Bitcoin climbed to an intraday high of $87,265, restoring ETF investors to unrealized profit above their $82,000 cost basis. However, rally momentum faces emerging headwinds as short-term holders transferred roughly 47,600 BTC to exchanges in profit-taking.
