Ether ETFs Post $320 Million Weekly Outflows, Overtaking Bitcoin Redemptions

U.S. spot Ether exchange-traded funds recorded roughly $320 million in net outflows for the week ending October 16, surpassing weekly withdrawals from spot Bitcoin products. Liquidations were heavily concentrated in BlackRock's iShares Ethereum Trust (ETHA), which shed $299 million. The week saw volatile positioning, including a $129.5 million outflow on October 14 led by $109.8 million leaving ETHA. Total crypto ETF net outflows reached $610.7 million, down 52.5% from the previous week's $1.29 billion drain, while Ether ETF assets under management stood between $14.5 billion and $15.3 billion.
