TrustedVolumes Hacker Launders $278K of $6.7M Loot via Tornado Cash, THORChain

As of May 11, the TrustedVolumes exploiter laundered $278K from the $6.7M May 7 theft, depositing 10.2 ETH ($23.6K) into Tornado Cash and swapping 110 ETH ($250K) to Bitcoin via THORChain. Attackers abused a public resolver function to register as an approved order signer, draining 1,291 WETH ($3.02M), 16.94 WBTC ($1.37M), 1.27M USDC, and 206K USDT from the 1inch liquidity provider before consolidating ~2,513 ETH across three wallets. 1inch confirmed no user impact; TrustedVolumes offered a bug bounty. The incident follows Ekubo's $1.36M hack on May 6, pushing May DeFi losses to $8.23M after April's $647M.
