Trump Sons Back $1 Billion Investment Network Targeting AI, Crypto And Drone Companies Favoured By White House: Report
Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr. have backed a $1 billion investment network—via Dominari Holdings’ American Ventures—targeting sectors the Trump administration favors, including AI, drones and cryptocurrency. SEC filings show the brothers collectively own roughly 12% of Dominari, which controls 90% of American Ventures. American Ventures has raised more than $1 billion across 21 vehicles and has been channeling capital into small-cap and private companies tied to AI, crypto, drones, nuclear energy and data centers. The funding strategy, which has used reverse-merger structures to list companies, could boost valuations and investor attention in affected sectors (including crypto). However, growing political and ethics scrutiny—highlighted by lawmakers and experts—adds regulatory and reputational risk that may temper market reactions.
