The Smarter Web Company Acquires 20 Bitcoin, Increasing Total Holdings to 2,850 BTC

The Smarter Web Company has increased its treasury holdings to 2,850 Bitcoin after acquiring an additional 20 BTC for approximately £1.23 million at an average price of £61,733 per token. The purchase marks its second accumulation within a week, following an 83 BTC purchase on October 15, and brings total net investment costs to £233.2 million. The acquisition is funded through its MORE perpetual preferred-share IPO, which conditionally raised £10 million with expected net proceeds of approximately £8,346,006. Concurrently, the firm declared its first weekly preferred-share dividend of £0.2301 per share and lowered its Coinbase credit facility to £16 million.
