Tesla new vehicle registrations surged across key European markets in September, extending a rebound following two years of declining sales. Year-over-year registrations jumped 61.9% in France, 38.4% in Sweden, and 2.2% in Norway. The performance reinforces steady momentum in 2026, with European Automobile Manufacturers' Association figures showing Tesla registrations across the European Union, the UK, and EFTA increased 43.3% between January and August. This outpaced the broader regional battery-electric vehicle market's 38.8% growth, supported by easier comparisons, elevated fuel prices, and government incentives.
