Tesla, Honeywell slip premarket; Comcast. American Airlines rise

U.S. stock futures slipped as investors monitored Middle East tensions and a busy slate of corporate results. Tesla (TSLA.OQ) reported a quarterly revenue and profit beat but shares reversed after-hours when the company unveiled plans to spend over $25 billion this year on robotics and autonomous driving (vs. a $20 billion capex forecast in January). Comcast outperformed after losing fewer broadband customers than expected, while American Airlines posted better-than-expected revenue and a narrower-than-expected adjusted loss. Honeywell warned of Iran-related disruptions and gave a current-quarter forecast below Street estimates. Lockheed Martin fell after reporting negative free cash flow. Overall the note is a market-movers roundup highlighting mixed earnings-driven stock reactions and modest downside in futures.
