Supermicro, Nokia, and NVIDIA Partner to Deploy Edge AI-RAN Computing Solutions

Super Micro Computer announced a collaboration with Nokia and NVIDIA to deploy AI-RAN platforms across distributed cell sites and network hubs. The systems leverage NVIDIA Aerial RAN Computer architecture and Nokia software, featuring ARC MGX 2U systems with up to 1.6 PFLOPS of FP4 performance and ARC MGX 4U systems supporting up to eight RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell GPUs. This follows an earlier announcement at GTC Berlin where NVIDIA expanded telecom partnerships with Nokia and global operators, including T-Mobile's completion of the first commercial AI-RAN call and planned live trials by BT, Deutsche Telekom, and Elisa.
