Supermicro Begins Shipping NVIDIA Vera Rubin NVL72 Liquid-Cooled Server Racks

Super Micro Computer has initiated shipments of NVIDIA Vera Rubin NVL72 server racks integrated with its direct liquid cooling stack and Data Center Building Block Solutions. Each NVL72 rack houses 72 NVIDIA Rubin GPUs and 36 NVIDIA Vera CPUs, delivering 216 TB/s of NVLink bandwidth and 20.7 TB of HBM4 memory. A complete 16-rack Scalable Unit features 1,152 Rubin GPUs and 331 TB of HBM4 memory. Supermicro is fulfilling an estimated $60 billion backlog following 93.2% year-over-year revenue growth, as it addresses high-density AI infrastructure demand.
