Supercycle Finance Launches Dynamic Bitcoin Treasury Model to Trade Market Peaks and Dips

Supercycle Finance has unveiled an unconventional Bitcoin treasury model centered on actively trading around market cycles. Unlike standard buy-and-hold corporate strategies, the firm plans to accumulate Bitcoin during drawdowns, sell holdings near market cycle peaks, and park capital in yield-generating assets like U.S. Treasuries between allocations. Led by co-founder and CEO Michael Terpin, the company plans to finance the initiative through a proposed Regulation A offering of up to $75 million. Supercycle has not publicly disclosed specific quantitative models or technical indicators for identifying tops and bottoms.
