Strive Raises $194M via SATA to Buy Record 2,624 BTC in Week

Strive Asset Management completed its largest accumulation yet, purchasing roughly 2,624 BTC in the week ending May 29 using proceeds from its SATA preferred stock, lifting total holdings to 16,500 BTC. The spree follows an earlier 1,109 BTC purchase (May 19-22) at $76,989 average that already propelled Strive past Coinbase and Riot into seventh place among public corporate holders. The firm has now retired all debt, holds $93.3 million cash, and launched daily 13% SATA dividends starting mid-June while evaluating refreshed ATM equity programs. This sustained corporate buying contrasts with MicroStrategy pausing purchases after its 24,869 BTC acquisition and spot Bitcoin ETFs seeing $1.54 billion outflows.
