Strive Expands Bitcoin Reserves to 36,818 BTC Following 4,045 Token Acquisition

Strive, Inc. has increased its total corporate Bitcoin reserves to 36,818 BTC after acquiring 4,045 Bitcoin between October 12 and October 16. The purchases included an earlier transaction of 2,822 BTC and a subsequent addition of 1,223 BTC executed between October 14 and October 16 for roughly $100 million, or an average price of about $81,734 per coin. Alongside the accumulation, Strive's effective common share count expanded from 110,387,204 on October 9 to 124,064,126 as of October 16 as the company continues to finance its cryptocurrency treasury strategy through capital market issuances.
