Strive Buys 2,000 Bitcoin for $169 Million, Expands Treasury to 29,462 BTC

Asset manager Strive expanded its corporate treasury to 29,462 Bitcoin after acquiring 2,000 BTC for approximately $169 million at an average price of $84,422. Disclosed in an SEC Form 8-K filing, the transaction occurred between September 28 and October 2. Financing was supported by SATA preferred shares providing 61.5% of the capital, alongside $56.7 million generated from warrants. Strive also established a repurchase facility to buy back up to $500 million of its SATA preferred stock. The purchase follows third-quarter accumulations of 8,137 BTC at an average cost of $78,885.
