SpaceX Tokenized Volume Hits Record $3.86B Post Nasdaq-100 Entry
SpaceX has joined the Nasdaq-100 on July 7, embedding its shares in 148 ETFs including major index funds that now expose millions of passive and 401(k) investors to the stock. The post-IPO journey began with a June 16 surge to $225.64 followed by a $1 trillion value wipeout, Defiance’s launch of the 2X inverse SPCQ ETF, Russell 1000 inclusion forcing $3-4 billion in buying, and rapid growth in tokenized products that reached an $80 million market cap by June 23. Trading frenzy around the listing has now driven tokenized equity volume to a record $3.86 billion in June, with SpaceX tokens accounting for 31% of the total.
