The company had priced its record $75 billion IPO at $135 per share on June 12, opening at $150 and closing the first day up 19% at $160.95 for a $2.11 trillion valuation. Shares extended gains to $173.67 on June 15 and reached $2.52 trillion market cap by June 16 after overallotment proceeds lifted total capital raised to $85.7 billion, briefly making SpaceX the world's seventh-largest company ahead of TSMC.
