The revelation comes as SpaceX prepares to file its S-1 registration as early as May 20 ahead of a targeted June 12 Nasdaq IPO that could raise about $75 billion at a $1.75 trillion valuation. The position has remained unchanged since June 2022 after SpaceX trimmed its peak holding of roughly 28,000 BTC, leaving more than $360 million in unrealized gains. Bitcoin traded about 1% lower near $77,462 during the reporting window, while MicroStrategy continues to lead public corporate holders with 843,738 BTC.
