Silver Range Resources advances expanded Drum project in Utah

Silver Range Resources expanded its Drum Project footprint in Juab County, Utah, increasing holdings from 7 to 37 federal lode claims and acquiring historical geological, geochemical, geophysical and drilling data from prior explorers (including Gold Fields and Newmont). The company is compiling those datasets to plan further exploration later this year; historical sampling (23 chip samples) returned gold up to 1.02 g/t and silver up to 15.2 g/t. For the silver market (XAGUSD), the update is a locally positive development for future junior-silver supply prospects but is unlikely to move spot silver prices materially in the near term absent larger discoveries or production plans.
