Safe Pro Awarded Subcontract for Artificial Intelligence Powered Demining Software Under U.S. Department of State Program

Safe Pro Group announced a new subcontract and purchase order under a U.S. Department of State program to provide its AI-powered demining and threat-detection software in support of Ukraine. The deal is valued at about $180,000 and includes five hardened GPU-powered laptops, three years of software licensing, and AI model upgrades. The company’s OnSight software is designed to detect explosive threats from drone imagery, map them offline at the edge, and export geospatial data without internet access. While the contract is small in dollar terms, it reinforces Safe Pro’s positioning in AI-enabled defense and humanitarian applications and may support investor attention around its expanding government-contract pipeline.
