Roundhill Investments Launches Leveraged ETF Targeting S&P 500 at 10,000 by 2030

Roundhill Investments has launched the Roundhill S&P 500 Target 10,000 2030 ETF, offering investors an all-or-nothing leveraged bet on the benchmark index reaching 10,000 by January 10, 2030. The fund utilizes long-dated equity anticipation securities (LEAPS) linked to S&P 500 ETFs and carries roughly 5.5 times embedded leverage. Reaching the milestone requires the S&P 500 to gain approximately 29%, equivalent to an ~8% compound annual growth rate compared to its historical long-term average price return of 6.4% since 1928. If the index finishes below 10,000 at expiration, the options expire worthless.
