RedStone provides live LTV feeds for Spark's BTC collateral at Anchorage

RedStone has launched real-time loan-to-value (LTV) data feeds for Spark’s Bitcoin collateral held at Anchorage Digital, enabling institutional BTC lenders to keep assets in custody while borrowing onchain. The setup closes a key trust gap between regulated custody and DeFi by allowing collateral health, margin calls, and liquidation triggers to be monitored continuously using the same data onchain and offchain. The initial activity is meaningful: three borrowers drew $150 million USDC against $222 million in BTC collateral, implying an initial LTV of about 67.5%. The integration strengthens Spark’s institutional lending model within the Sky/MakerDAO ecosystem and deepens RedStone’s role as a core infrastructure provider. Market-wise, the news is supportive for BTC-backed DeFi lending adoption, though it also highlights dependency risk if oracle data fails during volatility.
