QumulusAI Signs $240.9 Million in Deals for Nvidia Blackwell B300 GPU Capacity

QumulusAI announced two three-year take-or-pay customer contracts totaling $240.9 million to deploy more than 2,000 Nvidia Blackwell B300 GPUs across two dedicated computing clusters. The deals expand on existing partnerships established earlier in 2026, lifting combined commitments from the two clients past $344 million. The larger deal represents $211.9 million scheduled for handover in early 2027, while a $29.1 million contract is slated for December 2026. If customer extension options are exercised, the total potential contract value could reach between $353.1 million and $401.6 million over five years.
