According to court filings made public on October 14, the worker transferred more than 100 confidential documents to a personal account and subsequently delivered a presentation on the unreleased technology directly to senior Apple leadership. The claims come amid an ongoing legal dispute and escalating competition over AI hardware. Following the disclosure, Apple shares traded slightly higher at $345.92, up 1.36%.
