Oleg Fomenko Releases Offline Threshold Schnorr Bitcoin Wallet

Developer Oleg Fomenko has released frost-wallet, an open-source Bitcoin wallet built inside a single self-contained HTML file for offline threshold signing and Taproot transactions. Compiled from Rust into WebAssembly and JavaScript, the software enables t-of-n multi-party signing across air-gapped devices via QR codes, text, or files without cloud or network reliance. The application integrates Blockstream Research's ChillDKG for distributed key generation and FROST for BIP340-compliant signatures. Because the software and underlying ChillDKG library (version 0.3.0-dev) remain unaudited draft specifications, initial adoption is expected to remain experimental.
