NVIDIA Ships First Vera CPUs to OpenAI, SpaceX as Shares Hit $222.32

NVIDIA has begun shipping production Vera CPU systems to OpenAI, Anthropic, Oracle Cloud and SpaceX after executive Ian Buck personally delivered early units. The move advances NVIDIA’s agentic computing architecture from prototype to customer deployments, featuring 88 Olympus cores and 1.2 TB/s LPDDR5X bandwidth that delivers 50% faster agentic workloads and double the efficiency of competing CPUs. A 256-CPU rack sustains over 22,500 concurrent agents. Oracle plans to deploy hundreds of thousands of Vera CPUs starting in 2026, expanding NVIDIA’s data-center TAM beyond GPUs. Shares closed at $222.32, down 1.33%.
