Nvidia Secures Supply for AI Growth as Vera CPU Nears Launch

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang stated on June 2 that the company has secured sufficient supply to support robust AI-driven growth in GPUs and CPUs despite ongoing constraints. This follows the May 27 announcement of a $150 billion annual investment in Taiwan, including a new Taipei campus opening by 2030, which lifted local chip stocks and the Taiex to records. The developments build on Nvidia’s May 18 Vera CPU launch at Dell Technologies World and its record $81.6 billion fiscal Q1 revenue, while overshadowed by Taiwan’s probe into smuggling of roughly 50 AI servers to China via Japan.
