Nvidia RTX Spark Launch Directly Challenges Intel and Qualcomm Turf

As of June 5, Nvidia’s RTX Spark superchip is positioned as a direct assault on Intel and Qualcomm’s PC CPU dominance, with investors now tracking share losses at those rivals. The story began May 30 with an Axios leak of an imminent Windows-on-Arm debut, escalated June 1 when Nvidia formally unveiled the 20-core N1X Arm CPU plus Blackwell GPU at Computex, and has since produced sustained stock divergence: NVDA and Arm rallied while Intel, AMD and Qualcomm slid. More than 40 laptops and desktops from Dell, HP, Lenovo, Microsoft Surface, Asus and MSI are due this fall, confirming Nvidia’s multi-year push into the consumer CPU market alongside its Vera data-center ramp.
