Nvidia Pledges $1 Billion to Advance US AI and Science Initiatives

Nvidia has committed $1 billion over five years to bolster U.S. scientific research, super intelligence, and quantum computing. The pledge forms the largest single contribution within a broader $2.4 billion private-sector technology commitment unveiled by President Donald Trump to support the federal Genesis Mission. The public-private effort, embedded within an expanded federal science initiative of over $6 billion, provides computing infrastructure and AI tools across federal agencies and higher-education research institutions. Nvidia is also participating in Phase 2 Genesis Mission projects covering fusion, microelectronics, and accelerator design.
