Nvidia to Invest $3 Billion in Meta and Expand Muse AI Partnership

Nvidia and Meta Platforms have expanded their artificial intelligence partnership to advance development of Meta's Muse models and agents, backed by a $3 billion direct investment from Nvidia into Meta's equity offering. Meta will broaden its deployment of Nvidia computing and networking architecture, including Vera Rubin systems, Vera CPUs, Spectrum-X Ethernet networking, and BlueField-4 DPUs. The investment arrives as Meta upsized its common stock offering to $25 billion at $625 per share, raising up to $37.5 billion alongside depository shares, with plans to raise up to $95 billion overall via stock offerings.
