NVIDIA Launches Halos Full-Stack Safety System for Robotics

On June 22, 2026, NVIDIA announced Halos for Robotics, the industry's first full-stack safety platform for physical AI and humanoid robots. The system extends 18,600+ engineering years of autonomous-vehicle safety expertise into industrial applications by integrating IGX Thor compute, Halos OS, sensor connectivity, and certification tools. Agility Robotics became the first adopter, embedding Halos Core and IGX Thor into its Digit robot for warehouse and factory deployments at customers including Amazon and Toyota. Early access opened to registered developers, backed by more than 40 ecosystem partners. The launch positions NVIDIA as the infrastructure layer for certified commercial robotics and accelerates enterprise adoption.
