Nvidia is set to distribute a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share on October 1 to shareholders of record as of September 10, delivering an annualized rate of $1.00 per share. The payout reflects a 2,400% increase from its previous $0.01 per share rate, backed by quarterly revenue reaching $96.22 billion and subsequent guidance of $108 billion. CEO Jensen Huang will receive roughly $203 million from his 811 million shares. Meanwhile, senior management offloaded approximately $550 million in company shares during September, primarily driven by Director Mark Stevens.
