NVIDIA Commits $1 Billion Over Five Years to Advance US Scientific Research
NVIDIA Corporation has pledged $1 billion over the next five years to expand U.S. research and development capacity in super intelligence, quantum computing, healthcare, and energy security. Announced in Washington, D.C., at the Science: A New Golden Age event, the program provides high-performance compute and infrastructure to higher-education research institutions and cloud providers supporting government missions. The initiative aligns with the U.S. government's Genesis Mission expansion, where NVIDIA is joining Phase 2 projects in fusion, accelerator design, and microelectronics, while backing systems at Argonne and Los Alamos National Laboratories.
