NewPeak Fast-Tracks Las Opeñas Assays as Gold Drill Surge Hits 110,000m

On June 5 NewPeak Metals completed 1,834 m of drilling at Las Opeñas and fast-tracked assays from hole LODH-023, capping a three-day surge in gold exploration. The move follows Alkane Resources starting diamond drilling at Nagambie on June 3 and eight June 4 announcements from Onyx Gold, Metals Creek, Delta Resources and others that delivered intercepts such as 70.8 m @ 0.8 g/t Au plus visible gold. Across the sites, more than 110,000 m of fully funded drilling is now active, reinforcing medium-term bullish sentiment for XAUUSD amid Western supply constraints.
