Navitas Partners With NVIDIA on 800V-to-12V Power Delivery Board for AI Infrastructure

Navitas Semiconductor announced a collaboration with NVIDIA to develop a 24 kW, 800 V-to-12 V DC-DC power delivery board for next-generation AI infrastructure and the NVIDIA MGX ecosystem. The single-stage architecture eliminates the traditional 50 V intermediate bus converter stage, targeting 97% full-load efficiency and power density exceeding 2,000 W/in³ within NVIDIA's 400 mm × 60 mm form factor. Powered by 16 NV6034 GaNFast FETs, the design will be showcased at the OCP Global Summit. Following the partnership announcement, Navitas shares gained over 5% in after-hours trading.
