Nakamoto Shuts Last Clinics June 19, Completes Bitcoin Pivot at $4.09
Nakamoto Inc. closed its final healthcare clinics on June 19, completing the wind-down of the legacy KindlyMD business inherited in the 2025 merger. The firm has fully shifted to a Bitcoin-native model centered on media, asset management, and advisory services expected to generate recurring revenue. As of June 23 the company holds 4,467 BTC valued at $278.5 million while shares closed at $4.09, down more than 99% from the post-merger peak. Remaining administrative tasks are slated for completion in Q3 2026 amid ongoing pressure on bitcoin treasury firms to prove durable cash flow beyond holdings.
