Morgan Stanley Files Ethereum-Solana ETF as JPMorgan Seeds $100M JLTXX on ETH
The story began May 9 with BlackRock’s SEC filings to tokenize its $6.1B BSTBL fund on Ethereum. JPMorgan followed on May 12 by filing for the OnChain Liquidity-Token Money Market Fund (JLTXX), which became effective May 13 with a $100M seed and Anchorage Digital backing to meet GENIUS Act reserve rules. The launches intensify competition in the $32.2B tokenized RWA market where Ethereum holds dominant share. On May 20 Morgan Stanley added to the institutional momentum by amending S-1 filings for spot Ethereum and Solana ETFs, extending the wave of TradFi products built on or referencing Ethereum infrastructure while ETH trades above $2,300.
