Microsoft Raises Quarterly Dividend 8% to $0.98 Per Share

Microsoft has increased its quarterly dividend by 8% to $0.98 per share, marking its 24th consecutive year of dividend increases. The payout is scheduled for distribution on December 10 to shareholders of record as of November 19. The hike follows robust fiscal fourth-quarter 2026 performance, in which revenue rose 18% year-over-year to $90 billion and net income surged 31% to $35.8 billion. Supported by full-year operating cash flow reaching $182.9 billion, the company returned $10.2 billion through buybacks and dividends in a single quarter while expanding capital spending on artificial intelligence infrastructure.
