Microsoft Executives Ryan Roslansky and Peter Lee to Depart in Leadership Reshuffle
Microsoft Corporation announced the departures of two senior executives, Ryan Roslansky and Peter Lee, amid an ongoing leadership reshuffle. Roslansky, Executive Vice President overseeing LinkedIn and Microsoft Office, will leave at the end of 2026 after nearly 18 years across LinkedIn and Microsoft, citing requirements to relocate to headquarters in Redmond rather than remain in the San Francisco Bay Area. Meanwhile, Peter Lee is stepping down as President of Microsoft Science after more than 16 years to pursue an external opportunity. The departures follow other recent high-profile exits, including gaming head Phil Spencer and Office leader Rajesh Jha.
