Meta looks to raise up to $25 billion with bond sale, Bloomberg News reports
Meta Platforms is reportedly seeking to sell $20–$25 billion of investment-grade bonds, according to Bloomberg, marking another large corporate debt raise as Big Tech leans on bond markets to finance investment. The move follows Meta's $30 billion bond offering last year and comes after the company raised its 2026 capital expenditure forecast by $10 billion to $125–$145 billion, suggesting continued demand for external funding to support AI and infrastructure spending. The planned issuance could add sizable supply to the investment-grade corporate bond market and is likely to be monitored for its impact on credit spreads and demand among institutional investors. Meta did not comment on the report.
