Maverick Gold and Silver Completes First Phase Work Programs on Its Nevada Properties
Maverick Gold and Silver said it completed first-phase exploration work on its Nevada properties, advancing both the Gator and Jericho projects toward drilling in 2026. At Gator, MT geophysics and mapping expanded the interpreted mineralized system, refined drill-target concepts, and suggested the Gator South and GSX targets may be part of a larger connected system. At Jericho, prospecting and sampling confirmed a 4-kilometre West Trend, identified two new zones, and traced the East Trend for about 2 kilometres. The release is operationally positive for the company because it improves target definition and de-risks the next exploration stage, but the market impact is limited by the lack of assay results and the early-stage nature of the projects.
