La Rosa Holdings Corp. has acquired next-generation NVIDIA B300 graphics processing units and leased them back under a long-term agreement to generate recurring revenue. The move marks a strategic pivot into artificial intelligence and high-performance computing infrastructure. To fund its AI expansion, the company is reviewing strategic alternatives for its legacy real estate brokerage operations, including potential divestment. In conjunction with the transition, Chairman Nicholas Adler was appointed CEO and interim CFO, succeeding founder Joe La Rosa, while the company also plans to rebrand and change its Nasdaq ticker symbol.
