ISG Launches Amazon Connect Ecosystem Study After AWS Research

ISG has now announced a targeted study of Amazon Connect ecosystem providers, building directly on its broader AWS research launched two days earlier. The new June 4 study will evaluate more than 60 providers across AWS Native Integrations and Intelligent Experiences quadrants, with the report due in October 2026. It follows the June 2 announcement of a five-quadrant AWS ecosystem analysis surveying over 200 providers. Both reports aim to guide enterprise procurement and accelerate AI-driven cloud and contact-center deployments, potentially boosting demand for Amazon’s AWS and Connect services. ISG positions the research as a key decision tool for CIOs navigating production-grade generative AI implementations.
