Institutional Investors Establish New Stakes in Microsoft Following Strong Earnings and Dividend Growth

Institutional investors continue to build positions in Microsoft Corporation, bringing institutional ownership to 71.13%. During the second quarter, Reliant Investment Partners LLC initiated a position by buying 7,650 shares valued at approximately $2.85 million, while Ninepoint Partners LP acquired 4,256 shares worth roughly $1.59 million. The institutional interest comes as Microsoft reported strong financial results, generating $90.01 billion in quarterly revenue, up 17.7% year-over-year, alongside earnings per share of $4.74. Microsoft also raised its quarterly dividend from $0.91 to $0.98 per share.
