Injective partners with Microsoft to host onchain commerce event ahead of Token2049

Layer 1 blockchain Injective has partnered with Microsoft to host an onchain agentic commerce event on October 6 in Singapore, scheduled just ahead of the Token2049 conference. The event is designed to highlight Injective's infrastructure for autonomous AI agents, enabling them to trade and transact onchain without human intervention. The collaboration builds on the joint Nova Program launched in May 2026, which combines Microsoft Azure enterprise AI infrastructure with Injective's agent development tools to support AI and blockchain developers across Asia. The Nova Program provides builders with Microsoft Azure AI services, specialized Injective developer tooling, and financial grants exceeding $10,000, alongside potential venture capital investments of up to $1 million from the Injective Foundation. Injective has also introduced technical standards such as ERC-8004 for agent identity and x402 micropayments to facilitate autonomous agent-to-agent transactions. Having processed over $6.8 billion in real-world asset volume and secured SEC-registered transfer agent status, Injective's deepening collaboration with Microsoft signals growing institutional convergence between enterprise cloud computing and decentralized financial infrastructure.
