The bet follows shifting high-conviction positions across decentralized perpetuals in October. Earlier, wallet 0xb83de0...6e36 maintained $404 million in combined shorts, including 80,235.38 Ether and 2,165.8 Bitcoin, incurring $49.4 million in paper losses. Another entity expanded an Ether short to 19,762.81 ETH worth $51.28 million, securing $1.31 million in unrealized profit. Conversely, on October 8, an address accumulated a 36,450 Ether long worth $93.56 million, facing an unrealized loss of about $2.90 million as Ether retreated to $2,566.79.
