Hycroft Extends High-Grade Silver at Brimstone and Vortex
Hycroft Mining reported additional drill results from its 2025-2026 exploration program at the Hycroft Mine in Nevada, highlighting continued expansion of the Brimstone and Vortex high-grade silver systems. At Brimstone, drilling confirmed continuity closer to surface and further supported the possibility of a feeder system at depth, while Vortex was extended about 150 meters to the west with very high silver grades. Management said the results strengthen the case for a potential high-grade underground silver mine and improve development optionality for the broader Hycroft project. The company also emphasized its debt-free balance sheet and said it will continue drilling to define the optimal path forward. The news is supportive for Hycroft’s longer-term valuation, as it suggests growing mineralization, better continuity, and more confidence in future mine planning, though the release is still exploration-stage and not yet a resource or production update.
